We had a beachfront residence one bedroom suite. It was amazing. the restaurants were all inclusive and the best we've had. the really good wifi throughout the hotel was an additional plus.

The water in the small pool behind anchor pool and in the splash pool was not clean. it took 40 minutes for a buggy to pick us up from the room. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the second one to get to the restaurant for dinner. at check out, they told me that i had a charge of 130 dirham on my room as i had a drink at the pool. it took them 45 minutes to process the check out!

The multiple pools were a change of pace.

The room service wasn't prompt. I requested a few items. Those items took hours to arrive. they promised a complimentary birthday cake that never arrived. I followed up on this several times. What a birthday.

mixed feelings about my stay

the main pool area definitely needs some attention it looked quite worn. i noticed some tiles were loose near the sunbeds by the pool a woman even cut her foot. the staff offered a plaster but the customer service from reception was not great it was like they weren't too concerned about the accident.

The main pool looked rather tired. The surrounding areas needed better maintenance and checks for safety. I saw a tile lifted dangerously near a sunbed. I was just thankful it wasn't a child, but still disappointing.
